So are you suggesting that we might be in a real recovery rather than a false one? I don't know myself. But I will tell you this: Corporate profits might be going up but you know why? Layoffs!! The best way to rise the bottom line is to get rid of a few thousand workers. Bingo. Profits! Contrary investor raised this point a couple of issues ago. Layoffs here in the UK everyday. Companies pulling the plug for one reason or another. My company has told be not to expect that nice fat bonus this year..... I'm buying gold..... Maybe I'm losing my mind...been a PGB (Perma Gold Bug) too long.... wayne
