No question that there will be increased demand for broadband led by IP based data routing infrastructure. But it will take time and much of the infrastructure put in place won't have a quick payback and much of it may be obsolete or remain under utilized for years. The place that there is not sufficient infrastructure is for the "first mile" (what has been referred to as the "last mile" but needs to come first in priorities).
