I agree that he should drop any hope of repairing things with Poet. But is that all there is, at this point? After all,he has had to bear the stigma of alleged harassment, while hardly anyone has considered the possibility that Poet over- reacted and that Chris has unfairly had the whole burden for the situation dumped on him. That makes the most sense to me, from what I have observed of them, to split the blame. That can make a guy act out of frustration and resentment. Again, it looks like he will be excluded from the main action on this part of SI, among people he knows, or ignored by a number of them, if he is let on the thread. That can make a guy feel that he is getting screwed, and want to find a more comprehensive solution than putting his tail between his legs and heeling.........
