USU has in the past tried to pressure the Russians recently to lower the price they are willing to take -- USU makes more money on other sources of U it processes because those sources are cheaper --

Possibly that has changed and the Russians have accepted a lower price by now, but I wouldn't buy based on that recco -- do some digging first.
