Sitting like á lame duck somehwere in the world (Europe in my case) with thousands of rusting A-missiles up-wind is no fun, believe me.

BTW having reactor-grade material on stock is no fun either, question being who th will burn all that stock-pile. And eventually bury the rests somewhere (Yuca Mtn and similar).
