I'm surprised that so few subscribers have thanked me for recommending Kabul real estate 6 months ago, at the low point. You'll no doubt remember that our newsletter called for a shift from equities to Kabul real estate. I recommended raising our investment in Kabul properties to 99%, and reducing exposure in tech stocks from .0000001% to .00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%. I described the strategy in a recent CNBC interview, but the interview wasn't aired because of technical difficulties (the figures above didn't fit in the graphics) and a colorful on-air disagreement with the host.
