Appreciate your message and hope you can soon post some encouraging news on MYT.
While I maintain my faith in the investment, I am disgusted with the price performance and the management's attitude.
To the best of my knowledge, management is doing nothing to stop and reverse the negative price trend. RBC drove the price up, and then down; one operation promoted the stock and the analyst killed it. It is not difficult to assume that somebody played and profited huge $$$ from this game. Who else pushed the price to 10.45? and then down to 3.01?
If MYT has the best product around, how comes that nobody buys it?
IBM, MSFT, etc. etc.??? Where are they? After having analyzed MYT system, now they have their systems! Is anybody at MYT following what competition is doing, what is happening in the market place?
Why is MYT management so silent on what is going-on? Don't they feel any responsibility towards the shareholders? Where is the I.R.? They hired a P.R. company, and made no announcement! They made an agreement with PaineWebber and gave no details!
RBC brokers rose a lot of expectations to push the price up, and then did and do nothing to support it!
What if Metro and CPQ deals do not close? The potential is immense, but if no sales are made ... we can only cry!
I would be interested in knowing what you and other shareholders think of the present situation., and what do you plan to do.
Is anyone living close to MYT headquarters? Would it be realistic to have this individual(s) meet every week/10days with MYT President, and post progress here?
Are you aware that VP Finance changed few months ago? Do you know the reasons? I do not. Why no announcement was made?
I believe we should get organized as a shareholders group and make it clear to management that our interests can not be ignored any longer.
The company must understand that without our capital and our support it would be nowhere, and if additional capital is needed, it will not be easy to raise it!

All above is the opinion of a tired shareholder only. I have all patience of this world, if I see "progress": during last two years+
my expectations have been raised to an artifical level, and than the fall ... which is still continuing: after two years we are at a point lower than 2 years ago, and meantime the insiders sold and made money, and somebody else made much more!

P.S. I realize that this post is somehow on the heavy side, probably because it is raining this evening in Florida, but also because I am fed-up with this stagnant situation! Enough is enough! I can wait for the $$$$$$$$$$ but we are all entitled to start seing some $ $$ $$$ now! |
