Third Worlders are not a lesser "breed" but have a society that is not intune with ours or the Western world. If we wish to do business with them, and vis versa, we will have to find common ground and allow them to evolve (that is not a good term since it implies we are more evolved) to our way of thinking and operating. I believe it is disingenuous to compare folks from Western values to native people who are not. That is my point. About Saudi Arabia and Kuwait...if they are not threatened by Iraq, why are we? If Isra-El is tripped of it's nuclear and conventional weapons, then we can fairly talk about stripping the Arabs of their non-nuclear weapons.
