Kemble: Congress and the Pres. have been very irresponsible in spending taxpayers money. While advocating changes in corporate accounting, they keep on protecting their hind. Why is that they don't separate trust funds when calculating surpluses and deficits. Trust funds should never been counted with the general funds. Every Govt. executive show wanten disrespect to the sanctity of trust funds. And they just passed the biggest pork barrel of all, the farm subsidy (some congressmen getting big chunks of it too).
