i just finished with the stocks i chart--out of 350 approx--31 went on buy signals---thats a big move--as i told you--the last time my personal bullish percent got this low--i went from 29% to 60% in 5 weeks--most of which happened in one week when i went from 39% to 60%--i went up from 29% to 38% today
