patron, WCOM may see GTZ "status" before the due date on their debt (these are coming early and mid next year I believe), mostly because businesses will fear engaging in LT contracts with them, and thus their cash flow will suffer even more. It may become a self fulfilling prophecy. The real problem they have is that their net book is truly negative, a lot of their assets are good will and other intangible, but worst than that, a lot of their plat and equipment (circuits they lease out) are bringing in 1/10 of what they did when "they went on the book". Banks are going to demand collateral for their bridge loans, and once they look at the value of these collateral, the whole world will know.
