Hi Peter,

This may just be a rebound from overselling, hardly any indication for WIND in the next 6 months. Since telecom is not making a come back any time 2002, WIND is unlikely to break out in a major way.

Also, with its cookie jar revenue reserve accounting method, WIND will almost definitely have a 1 or 2 quarter lag in the revenue/earning cycle comparing to its peers. Unless CSCO, PMCS, LU, and other networking gear company show a good quarter, it's unlike that WIND is doing well.
