Another lawsuit class action was recorded in New York today. Alledges continued manipulation by presstek officers, Cabot, etc. Says that they used newsletter to stragy stock prices so insiders could unload of 200K shares of stock. Specific Time period is reference. Guess...

My question, presstek is not a new company but still quite young. Still seems to have good product. Does this continue with marker or will once again it survive after the NASDAQ and other markets settle. Hold, sell, loss. This is not the usually bear.

If the suit(s) prevail, PRST will crumble. This could be a good company but if allegations prevail then the mighty quest for money has once again taken many innocent victims.

Wish I had a crystal ball but I gone this far and the % drop as compared say to "United Robotics" a great player, is nearly the same. US will survive after the market slaughter so if we base % the ride is worth the gamble. On the otherhand, the charts do have a major differance and that is probably where the bet should be.

PRST may survive and I certainly hope it does, $$$ to lose, but bad news travels fast and to add insult to misery with the market losses overall, this stock has got to have a strength that we all have underestimated if it survives. If so where will the landing be??
