I use the CBOE numbers, but it is possible they only reflect the numbers traded on that exchange.

The best way to use the put/call is to use the number that you are used to using. I've always used the CBOE number, so that's what works for me. It appears Stockcharts also uses the CBOE number too. Someone once told me what Astrikos used for their number, but I don't recall it anymore.
