IMHO, still looks like an uptrend although it's pulling back. I see support at 75 and if that breaks, support at the 50 dma, perhaps ~70. If that breaks, then yes, it's broken.

I wouldn't short it unless it's for a trade. I'd actually look to go long at 75 if support held.
