re: Why? PA was created as sort of an experiment. If Palestinians would show good intentions then he would get full independance. Palestinian leadership defaulted to Arafat who not only did not show good intentions but encouraged and even sponsored terrorist activities. Experiment failed Albert, are you saying that everything is conditional? If the PA behaves properly, they will get their nation state? If they don't behave, then they lose some of the WB. ted
