<<He thinks today's rally may be the start of a new bull. His reasons were that the defensive stocks were all down today, including MO, NEM and three others. >>
Friggin' moron. The start of the "new bull" was in early 2000. In Papa Johns, Cintas, Financial Federal, West Corp, Nike, Speedway Motorsports, Panera Bread, Regis, Global Imaging Systems, ABM Industries, Hibbetts Sporting Goods, Career Education. Why is everybody so god damned glued into the tech and other big-cap crap when there are HUNDREDS of perfectly excellent small cap companies with self-funded 10%+ profit growth, excellent free cash generation, still trading at high-single-digit cash flow multiples? That's the 'new bull'. Didn't anybody ever teach that imbecile Cramer that the leaders in the last bull market are NOT the leaders in the "new" bull??
