Jeff, I know that there are many difference between our market compared to the Japanese market but I find the move up that started in mid 1995 and lasted until early 1996 in Japan to be an example of how a prior double top could be exceeded while the overall market has yet to put in a final low. finance.yahoo.com^N225&d=c&k=c1&a=v&p=s&t=my&l=on&z=m&q=l I do see a possibility that we may have put in an IT low and assume that you consider it a possibility as well. I think that if the 1946 or even the Jan. highs were to be surpassed it could create enough bullishness and complacency for a set-up for a final move down that lasts for all of 2003 and finally sets a bottom.
