Utha,

It is all about numbers. It took me a while to figure it out but I think I already posted it here once. It is all about the investor dubbling after they are given. If you read the Qs an 8s, there are no restrictions. They can dump them as soon as they receive them. So everyone gets there money back an they are still sitting on half their position. The company gets their money and the investor gets all their money back right away. No one loose anything. Cost no one anything.

It is the pyramid thing in reverse. It is nothing more the an exchange of dollars. Kind of like floating a check. Sooner or later it will catch up with the company an then they will have no choice but to do a reverse split. An then the beat will go on.;-)))))
