Well ultimately all goes back to carter the runner up of stupidest who ever was. Carter allowed the Shah of Iran's fall. That led to ayaretardo and the beginnings of an entire country of home grown child molesting terrorists. Iran was so weakened the the Soviets invaded Afghanistan and Sadam figured he could take em and Iraq invaded Iran. The created the seeds and core of all current Islamic child molesting terrorist.
Thus once again we see, elect a dumber than dirt democrat and the manure eventually hits the fan.

The death of the Soviet Union is on President Reagan and thus their assistance now when we destroyed binnie the boob and his child molesting terrorists. And building on that PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH is now reducing Nuclear Weapons by the thousands.
