Do you agree with either development. But the smart know timing is everything.
Reducing nuclear weapons outside of the US control may save humanity. It is a mega major positive. I don't like the farm bill. But many do. I'd rather have tax money go to farmers and Companies that will yield a real return and create goods and opportunity for those to lazy to do it on their own.
