before real world short Alas in the real world, shorting BB stocks is extremely difficult, if not impossible, for most investors. This is not a legal obstacle (short sales of BB stocks are unregulated by the SEC) but rather a practical one - most brokers just won't let you do it. Anyone with a US brokerage account been successful at shorting a BB stock? Peter
