Mr. Rexley, I have grappled with that question. There is fast stupid and slow stupid. Carter was slow stupid and mr. bill was fast stupid. But in terms of acts that were so selfish and stupid that betrayed all and lead to the person being regarded as a slug. The degree of from high to low created by those stupid acts. I stand by my analysis based upon my weighing of factors. Calling the stupidest that ever was by my way also has the most dramatic hissyfit fuming effects.
