Because you do not understand the financial statements does not mean that I did not answer the question. I answered the question but you do not understand my answer and you mistake business acumen for insider information. Actions speak louder than words and Worth Allred is a man of action. All 75 years of him.

I clearly stated that the Balance Sheet shows that Pratt did not accomplish any r&d work during the 1st and 2nd quarters of 01. This means that Pratt did nothing during the first 2 quarters of 01. The grand old man Worth Allred who you have discriminated against accomplished $91,795 worth of r&d in the 4th quarter. As far as I can see by the audited financial statements Pratt was a do nothing. And my first clue was the 1st quarter 10Q as I began to question his performance long before the company changed its tune on their ceo. The story on pratt can easily be seen in the financial statements for anybody that can read simple accounting. Accounting statements obviously scare you because they are not as easy to twist and turn as words. I recommend that if you are going to invest in stocks that you take a high school accounting course so that you can understand the company financial statements.
