Ted re: if they were held reasonably quickly and were fully democratic. that depends on definition of fully democratic. At best it would be a single candidate but Palestinian would have a choice between electing Arafat or getting shot - it would not look good if arafat would win with only 1% of voters. At worst it would be between militants running on a platform who is more militant. EU and UN both are such a joke -Albert
