Here is an excerpt from an E-mail I got today. "I am a zappa shareholder. I seen on SI that you are as pissed of at the management as I am. I am wondering if you have or know of enough votes to make a difference at the AM. Since Albert Gerry has almost 2 million shares and will get some signed proxys it will take more than that to defeat any motion. One thing to point out is it is not $US200,000 cash for La Plata. It is $50,000 and monthly payments of $12,500 for the next year. That drags things out and there is a risk of non payment or disagreements later and default. There may be other issues also. I have a friend that would be interested and very well qualified to run the company. He has been an exploration manager for big companies and has lots of experience including in Ecuador. If there was enough support from shareholders like yourself he could put together a decient board of directors and do something with the company. Let me know if you like and we can see what level of support we can muster." The person wanted to remain anonymous. I don't have a problem with that. It appears that I am not alone in my discontentment for management. Dean
