FSR, being a producer, would move up DRAMATICALLY imo should silver prices head for $5-$6 region. I think I'll sell some more BAY and plough profits into FSR speculation!

FIRST SILVER RESERVE INC. REPORTS 2001 RESULTS
First Silver Reserve has provided its 2001 audited financial results. All amounts are expressed in U.S. dollars.
During the year First Silver produced 2.39 million ounces of silver and 4,523 ounces of gold, all from its San Martin silver mine, as compared with 2.32 million ounces of silver and 3,357 ounces of gold in 2000. Revenue was $11.6-million as compared with $12.4-million in 2000. The company recorded a loss of $2.3-million or six cents per share for the year, as compared with earnings of $280,000 or one cent per share for 2000. The decrease in earnings is attributable to the decrease in realized silver prices for the year and the write-off of $1-million worth of exploration properties.
