Gee Gari old fart I am, that is getting on up there in age.

Told you before made up what I lost on Coleville.
Have never held ANZ and as I've told you on ANZ forum, couldn't
agree with you more. ANZ will definetly be held down until
there is a settlement between the two companies.

I think if you remember I indicated that I would not touch
either stock until this whole thing is settled. Or are you getting to be an old fart too, you know memory getting short.

Someone said on this forum that Coleville had raised 4
million and would be filing a lawsuit on Monday, believe me
at this stage filing of a lawsuit should get Antares back at the barganing table. If in fact Antares is in breach of 13 articles in
the joint venture then Coleville should get the rest of the
property back. ie. CLL 90% Kencana 10%.

That would certainly make CLL go up and ANZ go down the toilet.

This is the 3rd. Monday coming up that I have heard a
statement of claim would be filed, hopefully Coleville can
deliver this time. Like I have said before after the 15 July
each day that passes, less likely that a lawsuit will be
filed.

I predict that Coleville will lose value on Tuesday next
week IF there is not a lawsuit filed on Monday. Actually if
someone goes to market Monday with 20000 shares it will
probably hit 20 cents.

Chances of Coleville retaining 45% of the property are IMHO
zero. Chance of retaining 15% good as long as they can pay
their share. If they can not pay their share they will
retain NOTHING and P Perry will remain in the Bahama's until
they start the next play, whole new pile of suckers like myself and you too Gari.

Some of us just remain convinced longer then others.
