Wellllll I just saw The President ..... again <sigh>. I'm walking to my office. Its about 5 till 8am and I cross 16th & L St. and there's a policeman telling people the street's closed. I look 1/2 a block ahead and see a tent over the service entrance of the Capitol Hilton. About 6 guys milling around by it. I pretty much figured it out, lol. Anyway, 8am sharp, the motorcade drives past us -- GW is in the 2nd limo, which pulls into the tent area set up for him so that he could enter the building without being "outside". 2 minutes later we were allowed to use the side walk again, lol.
