Not sure what you mean. If by "capable", you mean guaranteed to operate at higher temperatures, then the specifications seem to suggest you're right. On the other hand, if you think "capable" means worst-case read/write/erase performance, then the specifications suggest you are wrong. MirrorBit seems to slow down to a crawl at less ideal conditions. I wonder if that's inherent.
