I called the 800 number today. I told the person who answered the phone
that I had been trying to access the website for the past month with no
luck and wondered if I was using the correct address. She checked it
out. Since it was the same address (www.ergos.com), she said the person
in charge of the website had just left for lunch and she would have that
person call me back after lunch. I waited for an hour and a half and
then called back. The second time I was told that the website person
had been given the message, but had been sent to do something else right
after lunch and would call me later. Suffice it to say, no one ever called.
This is the number I called if you want to give it a shot: 1-800-332-3746.
The person answered the phone by saying New Work Recovery, so I believe
the 800 number is a direct connection to Work Recovery headquarters.
