I have liked USU since the large sell off from the IPO, but was concerned about a government agency spin off having huge overhead. My purpose for accumulating the stock was for the dividend and started when the yield was over 8%, as the reserves on the balance sheet were good, debt was not excessive and management was eliminating the fat from being an agency entity.

I will be looking to replace this 1/3rd position at lower levels and may buy a 4th position if the Russian price of their material will produce good margins for profit. The last time they changed the dividend it was increased.
