Theo, I have my shares at Schwabb. I called and they said they would do the exchange "over the wire". No hassle to me at all. No loss of ability to sell. I don't know what the status is if you send them your cert. I'd find out if I had mine and had to send it in. Could you send it back to your broker and let them sort it out? I never really thought getting my share cert delivered would help anything when they may have millions of shares floating aroung like confetti. Ebeling may have been screaming because the power of the internet is so awsome that you just can't hide anymore. We are no longer unconnected investors, hopelessly in the dark with only brokers (ugg) and the company PR man to talk to. Bob (-:
