Thanks David. On the fundamental side: if SVGI simply traded at ASM's current forward P/E, we'd be looking at the low 40's (and that's w/o the likely upgrades to SVG's FY98 estimates; I believe ASM has been enjoying a steady flow of upgrades in recent months.)
Alternative to a takeout, perhaps traders are anticipating news re one or more of the powerhouses mentioned in Dave's post:
