Tom DeLay and his lackeys will play "stall ball" with this bill, then load it up with amendments, then vote it down anyway, concluding that a three-year study is needed to draft "meaningful legislation."

I wonder how much of the $30M that Boy George raised the other night derives from fraudulent off-shore investment scams.
