troops and footsoldiers? Nickle give us some evidence of YOUR understanding of the issue with Barrick - not someone else's diatribe but your own version. I do believe the onus is on you. As regards the Barrick outside directors - they may or may not own stock in the company but they have a fiduciary responsibility and you should know as an 'investment manager' and former 'mutual fund company owner' and simply as a person who is involved in the financial world that directors' liability is the first thing that an outside director of a public company has to be concerned with. Of course you'd have us believe that Barrick is no better than Enron? Repeatedly you seem to be accusing (or at least parroting others' accusations) Barrick of some sort of malfeasance, fraud even. Well what is it exactly Nickle? And you haven't answered our questions as to why you only post on this thread? Do you see youreslf as some sort of public watchdog who has to 'get to the bottom of things' with Barrick and only Barrick. Or do you feel that Barrick has to be singled out because it has developed a strategy not dependent on the ever rising gold price that the gold bugs wish for?
