Massive breakdown in Utilities and Transports - DOW IN HUGE MASSIVE TROUBLE!!! BIG TANK COMING!! Explain to me why this means big tank coming. Why can't it be rotation out of "safe" stuff into (laughably THE BOTTOM) of tech. Of course you know and I know it is not THE bottom, but if the stupid fund manager idiots believe it then bears are in trouble for a while. I remain unconvinced that we are not headed UP for 1.5 months or better. M
