engaging in hype..... so, if shwegin is correct re. the value of property and equipment that is missing from the balance sheet -- and it agrees with an earlier estimate by an SI biofreak (thanks, WD) who visited -- shareholder's equity is massaged to $42.3M. as I've mentioned earlier, I use my classic biotech approach to balance the NBSC share (47%) of the post-money for DGI for $7M of the debt. That massages -- flagrant and illegal -- SE to $49M. Market cap, given shwegin's 7,644,882 shares out, is $59.2M. Sales for year 2001 were $60.3M. This company MUST be getting good offers. No?? shwegin's posts at Yahoo are worth reviewing, IMO.
