That's about $13,000,000 to Bema with interest, even more if Fluor tries to contest and delay it further. That's pretty damn good money from a nonoperating mine!

Successful appeal of a binding arbitration award is exceedingly difficult and rare. If any evidence was presented by Bema that supports the decision, a Fluor appeal is going to be toast. Imo Fluor is just posturing, and will be ponying up.

Good news for Bema, hope they spend the cash well.
