All of Dell's competitors have DELL locked in thier sights and will be attemting to gain market share by taking business away from DELL and forcing them to lower thier margins.......I think that qualifies as important news......the stock market is not a "party". It has been my experience that when the general public starts thinking they can buy at any price and that prices will always go up, then the top is near. DELL is selling at 40 times earnings....I believe the market cap is close to 24 billion at this point. With stiff competition ahead and prices falling(=lower margins) how can they possibly grow at a pace fast enough to justify a 40 multiple?? Take your profits soon. DELL has had a spectacular run....a 52 week low of 20 to a high of 138....nothing lasts forever, and the warnings signs are pure black and white for me that the DELL party is winding down..........;^)
