I think the Innocence Project is the one founded by that creep Barry Scheck of "an innocent man wrongly accused" fame from the OJ case.

I've often wondered whether his testimony has ever had the least credibility since that performance.

I know this isn't responsive to the article you posted. But the reference to that project reminded me.

I was so fascinated by the OJ case. It was a worse time-sponge than SI. If such a thing can be imagined.
