Tech Bull and Joe --- Sorry about that last non-message. Instead of hitting the submit button I hit something that changed the screen to junk and when I got back, the message was gone. Anyhow, I stopped at the Prof. Center and had a short talk with a technician. Although polite, she would not even concede that they are testing the diasensor. She said that do to the competitive nature of their work; that only their main office in Pittsburgh would take any questions. I was referred to Diane McQuaide (412)429-0673. I know that BICO is testing the monitor at that site, but like I stated before, they are really gun shy because of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette and their bad reports. BICO has a lid on this project. Evidently, the people that they are testing were referred to them by their own doctors; since there was never anything in the local Indiana paper about possible diabetics that would be interested in the testing. In a way I wonder if even this could be considered a valid sample. If there are any articles in the local paper, I will pass the info along. --- Dick
