Charleston, S.C. - January 6, 1997 - Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (OTCBB: "GRNO") today announced that it had received a firm order on December 31, 1996 for three Model 600 EnviroEconomics TM processing units from RecOil, Inc. The Company reported that it has received the initial deposit on the $1.8 million purchase price of the first unit, which is scheduled to be delivered in April, 1997. The remaining two units are scheduled to be delivered in August and November of 1997. The order by RecOil, Inc. is subject to adjustment to purchase Model 800 or Model 1000 processing units when Green Oasis completes its developmental scaleup work on those larger models. Is this the only firm, firm order?
