Good on the level that they restructered their debt without issuing more shares. Bad in the sense no one likes seeing debt but they do have market penetration and lines that can be leased or generate revenue on or both. They will be fine. To answer the other question about price target of 11 to 25 it can be calculated simply using current numbers. The formula is a bit windy I'll post it if you want me too.
