A market close above 8000 appears certain. We are now approaching that psychological mark. Low interest rates, a strong dollar, and an American President that is not in jail are all positives. So why won't the market keep rising to 10,000 and beyond? Maybe it will. But something will eventually happen when we least expect it. The July 25 period is when many cycles in the stock market and precious metals indicate possible reversals. Will explain should my predictions happen. Not from W.Va. Will be in your neck of the woods today at Camden Yards. Bubba Bo Bob Brain
