Aquisition Target: Does anybody know how CISCO's Access Pro line is selling and the impact that these sales will have on Lanoptics (LNOPF); Lanoptics technology is used in the AccessPro line. LNOPF also has Guardian Firewall (NT/ OS2 version has been shipping for a while), Ethernet, Tokenring and ATM switches, etc. LNOPF is earnings .59 per share with about 6.5 million shares out. Closing Bid/Ask on 9/16/96 was 6.875 to 7.25 a share. Near 52 week low and company has virtually no long term debt.
