Hmmmm....Copper production down. Wonder what that means. <G>

Chile's state-owned Codelco, the world's No. 1 copper producer, reported on Tuesday a first-quarter copper output of 352,000 tonnes, down 3.8 percent from the 366,000 tonnes produced in the same period last year.
