ive got to throw my 2 cents in at this point. what would sgi do with an nt box that would set apart from all the others in the arena aside from slapping their logo on it? would this be a machine that uses intel processors, the usual graphics cards, etc? what would be the point? you say "they gotta do it right. but not like dell, gtw, etc" what exactly does that mean? not the same color? dell, et al, aint exaclty doin it wrong...(see share price of late) irv, your post makes no sense and contains no insight. you say its all a question of marketing - what, do you work for microsoft? you sound as if "going nt" is some kind of step up! kris >I think a decision to build an NT box is all but inevitable and > would do wonders for SGI stock.....
