yes, yes, i don't disagree with the reality that CWP has fallen almost as hard as all these NextGen carriers with huge debt load -- which i don't quite understand since they are still cashflow positive operationally, have one of the best international network coverage in both voice/data & have recently upgraded all their network to all-IP/MPLS as well as making a large bet on Hosting/Application market all the while milking the Regional (carribean) PTT cashflow cow to fund the operations until the data/hosting/application market recovers.......

All i was saying was that there IS telcos out there with CLEAN balance sheet and who has the network to compete with Wcom for the fortune 1000 customers (Equant is another..).

So it's foolhardy to think that Wcom has some kind of monopoly or that EVERY other Carrier is in equal financial trouble -- they are not - there are some well funded/relatively healthy carriers. The question is whether CWP or Equant will be able to poach much of the core of Wcom's corporate clientele --that is the million dollar question. If they suceed due to Wcom's problems, the unthinkable can happen -- ch.11 for Wcom as hard to believe as that may seem.
