All i was saying was that there IS telcos out there with CLEAN balance sheet and who has the network to compete with Wcom for the fortune 1000 customers

I don't disagree. My original question was not rhetorical and I appreciate your offering up CWP in answer. On the surface (haven't looked at the numbers enough or their guidance), it looks about as cheap as WCOM.
